Availability

We are currently almost or fully booked for March Long Weekend, Easter, April School Holidays, June Long Weekend and Christmas/New Year 2023.

If you are an existing client, please email us if you would like us to check availability or add you to our waiting list.

In order to better service our existing clients, we are not currently accepting New Client enquiries for peak periods in 2023, including Christmas, Easter, School Holidays and Long Weekends.

 

New Clients

If you are a new client, your dog has never stayed with us before, and you are enquiring about a period not listed above please click this link to fill out our booking enquiry form.

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm if we have availability and send you the required documents to complete the booking if applicable.

Existing Clients

If you are an existing client and your dog has stayed with us before, please click the button below to make a booking request.

If we do not have availability for the dates required, we will offer you a place on our waiting list.

Holiday Bookings

As The Dog House Pet Resort operates at peak occupancy during the Christmas and Easter Holiday periods, reception will be closed during the following times to allow us to concentrate solely on the care and comfort of our guests and therefore minimum booking times will apply.

A non-refundable deposit is required for all holiday periods.

Christmas

24th December – 3rd January (11 days)

Easter

Easter Thursday – Easter Tuesday (6 days)

Deposit & Payment terms

Peak periods require 50% deposit to be paid within 7 days of booking. This includes a non refundable booking fee of $100

The balance is due to be paid 30 days prior to commencement of booking.

If the booking is for a longer period these conditions apply to the portion of the booking that falls within the days listed above

Christmas/Easter Cancellation Terms

$100 Booking Fee is not refundable

If Booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to commencement of boarding date, client will receive full refund minus the Booking Fee.

If Booking is cancelled between 30-14 days prior to commencement of boarding date, client will receive 50% of full booking total. No Booking Fee is added to this.

If Booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to commencement of boarding date, client is not entitled to any refund.

Requirements

Prior to arrival date, you must provide proof of a current C5 vaccination which covers Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza and Bordetella.

A vaccination certificate displaying evidence of the last 2 vaccinations must be sighted before any dog can enter the kennel. Any dog displaying signs of a virus will be refused entry. Dogs that receive tri- annual vaccination against Distemper, Hepatitis and Parvovirus must also receive annual vaccination against canine cough.

If your dog is due for vaccination make sure this is done at least 14 days prior to arrival to ensure that your dog has good immunity. All dogs must be wormed and have an appropriate flea treatment before admission. Any dog found to have fleas or worms will be treated and you will be responsible for the cost.
